3.1. The source code of the App constitutes the Intellectual Property Rights of the App Developer and remains the exclusive property of the App Developer and his licensors.

1. Definition
1:1 By downloading, using the App, or registering for an event, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Therefore, make sure that you read them carefully before using the app or signing up. We (the “Developers”) reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, please immediately suspend your access to the app or stop signing up.
2. General conditions
2.1. You have the right to uninstall the App at any time using the uninstall feature on your phone.
2.2. By using the App or registering for an event, you guarantee that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and be bound by these terms.
2.3.We have taken every care in the preparation of the App and the web app, but we can not guarantee that there will be no interruptions and 100% reliable access to the App or services provided via the App, and therefore can not guarantee that the information will always be completely updated and flawless.
2.4. By using the App or the web app, you gain access to information from the App owner who subscribes to our services. We are not responsible for data that the person uploads or otherwise provides to you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of any of the information and materials contained or obtained through the App or web app.
2.5.You must not attempt to access the App Source Code, nor may you attempt to translate the App into other languages, make changes to the App, or make derivative versions.
