With Treffio, you can host an unlimited number of events, whether you’re an event bureau, a company with numerous annual events such as conferences, company parties, and seminars, or just need to use Treffio once a year. The ability to copy and modify previous events makes creating new ones even faster.

Treffio allows you to manage your guest list in various ways. You can add individuals manually, import a guest list, create a registration form to use on a customized landing page provided by Treffio, or embed the registration form on your own website. This gives you flexibility and convenience in managing your guest list and gathering information from them.

The Treffio mobile app provides an all-in-one platform for your guests to access information about your event. When your guests verify their email, they will see that the app was created specifically for your event. In the app, all event-related information is centralized, including their registration information, contact information, location with an embedded map of the venue, program, transportation, accommodation, activities, and any other relevant information you need to share.

You can also engage participants before the event by creating competitions, quizzes, or other interactive initiatives to increase excitement and participation. The Treffio mobile app provides a convenient and organized way for your guests to access event information and engage with your event.

With Treffio, you have the ability to create multiple pages on the landing page and in the app, including the program, transportation, location with integrated Google Maps, contact, and activities. You can also display speaker or partner presentations with descriptions, images, and links. Whenever you make updates to a page, Treffio automatically synchronizes the changes in both the app and landing page, eliminating the need to update information in two separate locations.

Treffio offers the ability to have the landing page and app in both English and Danish, with plans to expand to more languages upon request. Setting up the page in multiple languages is simple and can be done in the admin panel by clicking a flag. Guests can select their preferred language on the landing page in the top right corner, and in the app, they can make their selection upon login.

In Treffio, you can create a registration form with all the necessary questions for your participants, such as their participation status, transportation needs, accommodation requirements, special dietary restrictions, emergency contact information, desired activities, etc. Additionally, you can set capacities for activities and hotel rooms. By establishing relations, you can avoid asking follow-up questions if a participant answers “no” to participation. You can also categorize participants as speakers, VIPs, or employees and they will get different questions. When inviting attendees, you can use either open or personalized registration links to control who can participate, and you can restrict email addresses, for example, to @treffio.com.
